I was curious as to what the wage difference between First Transit and RTD would amount to over a thirty years career. I ran it two ways: the first comparison assumes you started January 1st, 2009, with no raises for 30 years and the second assumes a 2% increase every year.
The comparison is for wages only, I'll leave it to someone else to figure benefits such as medical insurance, retirement, vacations, etc.
